We are delighted to announce that Rosa Cottage will reopen on 4th July 2020. We have put in place many extra measures to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible. Here is a copy of our current guidelines………
COVID-19 STAY SAFE AND ENJOY YOUR STAY AT ROSA COTTAGE
To Reassure you:
The best care and attention has been given to cleaning Rosa Cottage following
the guidance recommended by the governing bodies of the industry. We do
however recommend that you use the antibacterial/antiviral cleaners provided
throughout your stay. We have provided a 500ml hand sanitiser in the kitchen,
please do not remove this from Rosa Cottage. We have provided two 100ml
hand sanitisers which you may take away and use whenever needed. We
suggest that you use these before returning to Rosa Cottage every day.
All cushions, throws, hairdryers, games, books, tea, coffee and sugar have
been removed. Please bring all items with you that you need to make your
stay more comfortable. Your own throws and/or cushions for the sofas,
especially if you are bringing dogs would be useful. We can’t currently leave
the usual guest information, books and magazines in the cupboards. If you go
to www.visitnorfolk.co.uk you will find a lot of very useful information on the
local area. We have also had to remove our Visitor Book but please send us a
review of your stay when you get home and we will add this to our book.
Please dispose of cleaning/kitchen cloths at the end of your stay.
When possible, keep windows open.
Wash your hands regularly.
Use the dishwasher to wash pots, glasses and crockery that have been
handled.
At the end of your stay, please strip the bed linen off all used beds and place
in the bin bags provided. Do not remove the mattress and pillow protectors.
If you develop any symptoms of Covid-19 before you are due to stay, please
stay at home. If you develop symptoms during your stay, please return home
immediately and self-isolate in accordance with government guidance. If
anyone staying at Rosa Cottage contracts the virus they must inform Carolyn
(Owner) on 07850 966004 AND Donna (Housekeeper) on 07990 643155.
Rosa Cottage is STRICTLY for guests in residence only which can not exceed 8
people for any reason. Do not allow any other person into the property for
any reason unless it is a maintenance emergency. NO day guests please.
Please observe social distancing guidelines at all times during your stay.
