Linen and towels are included in our rental prices but please state below which bedrooms you require (Kittiwake = King size ensuite, Dove = Double with bathroom, Teal = twin with shower room, Seagull = Sleeping Gallery with bathroom or shower room shared with Dove or Teal). Rooms not required will be locked.

If you would like your breakages deposit paying directly into your account after your stay please give bank details below.
Balance is payable 9 weeks prior to departure. A deposit charge of £200.00 will be added on the final account for potential breakages. This is returnable within 3 weeks of your return if no breakages, loss or damage is reported. If the booking is made less than 9 weeks prior to departure the full amount of the holiday price is required.
On behalf of the visitors, I have read the Booking Conditions and I accept responsibility for the full payment, including any damage cost which my group may incur. I agree to indemnify Mrs Carolyn Overton from any claim whatsoever by a third party due to an act by any member of my group.
